Our Annual AGM is taking place on Sunday 1st March at 10:30am in the Lounge.
Both Committees AGM on same day with BCA
first.
Nomination forms are behind the bar and need to be in by Sunday 16th February.
You need to have RENEWED YOUR MEMBERSHIP before the meeting in order to vote. No renewals will be accepted on the morning of the meeting or the day before if you are planning to attend.
You need to be present at the meeting in order to vote for people who have been nominated.
